Instagram will not allow users to deactivate their account despite waiting days

It seems that Instagram does not allow its users to deactivate their account despite trying many times.
The app had too many issues in 2022. From stories not working or being blurry to DM glitches, users have had enough.
And now, when some want to take a short break from the platform, it seems that Instagram is not allowing them to temporarily deactivate their account.
Disable Instagram not working
As much as one would like to use Instagram, they would also like to have the option to opt out of the platform when needed.
Although the app has the option that allows you to temporarily deactivate your account, it does not work for many users.
Share some Videos on Twitter for themselves by following all the correct steps to deactivate their profile, but the option was not working for them.
Please note: Deactivating and deleting accounts is different and users have had problems in the past. By deleting your account, you will get rid of all your content on the app forever.
A version that angers Instagram users
From what Instagram users expressed on Twitter, they are having difficulties deactivating their accounts for a few days.
Despite trying to deactivate it several times, the end result was not what they expected.
“Does anyone know how I can deactivate my @instagram. I have been trying with no luck” He said One.
else pointed: “Instagram is really annoying me for not letting me deactivate my account”
Adding to the comments above, another user chirp: “I’ve been trying to deactivate my Instagram for 3 days, it won’t let me!”
Again chirp: “The fact that Instagram doesn’t let me deactivate my account is really pissing me off”
How to temporarily deactivate your account
